Capacity I purchased this cart for my small farm to use it for carting yield around the barn. Although it has a heavy load rating, I would not reconsider it very heavy duty. The frame of the cart is decent, but the hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) are of the lowest capability possible. If you need it for occasional use for a not too heavy load it will probably be a good cart, but if you are expecting it to carry a heavy load normally I would not suggest it. The box was missing a set of parts (wheel spacers) and I called to get a replacement, but they said this part had been on order from China for about 4 months already, and that it would take at least 2 months because the parts are shipped by boat from China to the Us. I can use the cart without the spacers, and the aid department recommended that I make the spacers out of pvc tubing myself, because they couldn't warrant that they would get them in.

Yes, the pan is thin, cheap plastic. The first one that I purchased from Home Depot had a busted out corner. The piece wasn't in the box, so it must have been packaged that way at the factory. I carefully a different product, but figured that fiberglass and epoxy could probably fix time to come problems. Btw, the Home Depot price is very competitive.

It goes together fast with a small hand power driver adapted with a 13mm socket, plus a large flat head screwdriver. Pick up a 5/16" hitch pin (Home Depot #11658) if you want an easy way to take off and attach the handle.

My application required me to replacement dirt and bark from a 6 cu ft wheelbarrow down a 18" dropoff to the Gorilla Cart. The cart holds about half a wheelbarrow load, so assume the plastic tray has about a 3 cu ft capacity. I may try to build a frame and adapt a 5-6 cu ft wheelbarrow poly tray... Or buy a bigger/better cart in the future.

It pulls well and tracks well. I dragged it, loaded, over an uneven field and didn't have any problems.

The jury is still out on the dump feature. For such a small capacity, I think one could have forgone the dump-hinge, fixed the wheels and just picked up the front to dump the load. The cart doesn't weigh that much.

I live on a hill and wish the cart had brakes for downhill or "parking". I'm gonna think about this some.
